Tia and Tamara Mowry

Tia and Tamara Mowry (born July 5, 1978) are twin actresses, born in America [1] (http://www.amiannoying.com/(ortniu551mlraeiwo2noho55)/view.aspx?ID=4939) to a white father and an African-American mother [2] (http://www.blackflix.com/articles/multiracial.html). The sisters starred in the television series Sister, Sister.

The girls grew up in various parts of Southern California including a modest apartment complex in an unincorporated part of west Anaheim, California, at which time they were still doing McDonald's and Barbie commercials.

Tia and Tamara have also appeared many times on teen magazines articles, posters and other shows.

Some regard them as the black counterparts of the Olsen twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

The actor Tahj Mowry (born 1987) is their younger brother who plays T.J. on "Smart Guy" aired on the disney channel.
