Political fiction

Political fiction is a subgenre of science fiction, popular in Poland in 1980s and early 1990s. Books from that genre usually are presenting development of different political systems. Usually the same books are called also social fiction books. Although this term is quite specifically Polish, Polish critics used it once widely to describe books like Voyage from Yesteryear by James P. Hogan.
