Mimosa

A mimosa is any of several plants, some of which are trees, with evenly bipinnate leaves in the order Fabales. Mimosa pudica folds its leaves when touched. Their flowers have showy stamens instead of petals. The plant was introduced to the West by Joseph Banks, botanist on the Cook expedition in 1768.
A Mimosa is a cocktail composed of champagne and orange juice, traditionally served with a morning brunch.

Quotation: "Champagne and orange juice is a great drink. The orange improves the champagne. The champagne definitely improves the orange." - Philip[?], Duke of Edinburgh

Mimosa is an alternative name for the star Beta Crucis[?]. It has fallen into disuse in recent decades, generally superseded by the contraction Becrux
