List of places with fewer than ten people

This is a list of places on Earth with a permanent population of less than ten people. Some may be (almost) deserted, others may be places where people work, not live.

This list is currently biased towards places in the United States of America due to an artifact of Encyclopedian history. The addition of places with similarly low population in other nations is welcome.
