Lennox Lewis

Lennox Claudis Lewis (born September 2, 1965) in West Ham, England[?], and better known as Lennox Lewis, is a British boxer, who represented Canada in the Olympics and current heavyweight boxing champion. He held the World Boxing Council title in 1993-94 and regained it in 1997. In 2000 he successfully challenged Evander Holyfield for the World Boxing Association and International Boxing Federation titles, thereby holding championships of all major boxing federations.

In May of 2003, Lewis sued promoter Don King in New York, for the amount of 385 million dollars, claiming that King used threats to have Mike Tyson pull out of a rematch with Lewis in June. Lewis, who had knocked out Tyson in eight rounds in the summer of 2002, faced Vitaly Klitschko[?] instead, knocking him out in six rounds to retain the title.

Lewis' record is of 43 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw, with 32 wins by knockout.
