End-user

In economics and business, an end-user is the person who uses a product. The end-user may be different from the customer, who might buy the product, but doesn't necessarily use it; for example, with baby clothes, the parent might be the customer, but the baby will be the end-user.

Also, end-user is a legal construct referring to a non-reseller. Thus by this definition, the store the parent bought the baby clothes from is not an end-user, but the parent is an end-user. This legal construct is most often found in end-user license agreements[?], also known as EULAs[?].
